Measurement of the Decay B- --> D*0 e- nubar
The BABAR Collaboration, B. Aubert, et al

TL;DR
This paper measures the decay rate and form factors of B- to D*0 e- nubar decays using a large dataset, providing precise values for form factor parameters and branching fractions.
Contribution
First measurement of the differential decay rate of B- to D*0 e- nubar with detailed form factor analysis using the Caprini model.
Findings
Determined the slope parameter ρ²_A1 = 1.15 ± 0.06 ± 0.08.
Measured the product F(1)·|V_cb| = (36.3 ± 0.6 ± 1.4)×10^{-3}.
Calculated the branching fraction B(B- → D*0 e- nubar) = (5.71 ± 0.08 ± 0.41)%.
Abstract
Using 226 million events recorded on the resonance with the BABAR detector at the SLAC storage rings PEPII, we reconstruct decays using the decay chain and . From the dependence of their differential rate on , the product of the four-velocities of {} and , and using the description of the form factor by Caprini et al., we obtain the preliminary results , , and . The first errors are statistical and the second ones are systematic. \\
