TL;DR
This paper calculates the QCD form factor for B to Xc l nu decays, resumming threshold logarithms at next-to-leading order, and provides an interpolation formula that accounts for soft and collinear effects with charm mass considerations.
Contribution
It introduces a novel interpolation formula that includes both soft and collinear effects with charm mass, advancing threshold resummation techniques in semileptonic B decays.
Findings
Resummed threshold logarithms to next-to-leading order.
Developed an interpolation formula including charm mass effects.
Enhanced understanding of QCD corrections in B decays.
Abstract
We compute the QCD form factor resumming threshold logarithms in B --> X_c + l + nu_l decays to next-to-leading logarithmic approximation. We present an interpolation formula including soft as well as collinear effects softened by the non-vanishing charm mass.
