Lenin A. Echavarria Cepeda, Claudio Pita Ruiz, Stephen B. Sontz

TL;DR
This paper investigates the properties of mu-deformed quantum mechanics for -1/2 < mu < 0, demonstrating that momentum and position operators are not Accardi complementary and proving related conjectured formulas.
Contribution
It provides the first proof that momentum and position operators are not Accardi complementary in this regime and confirms several related conjectures.
Findings
Momentum and position operators are not Accardi complementary for -1/2 < mu < 0
Proved formulas related to mu-deformed quantum mechanics conjectured by the authors
Confirmed conjectures about operator relations in mu-deformed quantum mechanics
Abstract
We show (an earlier conjecture of the last two authors) that the momentum and position operators of mu-deformed quantum mechanics for -1/2 < mu < 0 are not Accardi complementary. We also prove some related formulas that were conjectured by the same authors.
