Hsiang-nan Li

TL;DR
This paper reviews various factorization methods used to analyze exclusive B meson decays, comparing their theoretical foundations and recent phenomenological progress in understanding two-body nonleptonic decay processes.
Contribution
It provides a comparative analysis of QCD-improved factorization, perturbative QCD, and soft-collinear effective theory in the context of B meson decay studies.
Findings
Summarizes recent progress in two-body nonleptonic B decays
Highlights differences and similarities among factorization approaches
Discusses phenomenological applications and theoretical improvements
Abstract
We compare the theoretical frameworks and the phenomenological applications of the factorization approaches to exclusive meson decays, which include QCD-improved factorization, perturbative QCD, and soft-collinear effective theory. Recent progress on two-body nonleptonic meson decays made in these approaches are reviewed.
