Y. Brihaye, E. Radu, D. H. Tchrakian

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates the existence of charged, rotating non-Abelian black holes in five-dimensional Einstein-Yang-Mills theory with negative cosmological constant, featuring regular horizons and asymptotic AdS behavior.
Contribution
It provides the first arguments for rotating non-Abelian black holes with equal angular momenta in five-dimensional AdS space, extending static solutions to include rotation.
Findings
Existence of charged, rotating black holes with spherical horizons in 5D Einstein-Yang-Mills theory.
Solutions possess electric charge and magnetic flux at infinity.
No regular solutions with rotation and zero horizon radius found.
Abstract
We present arguments for the existence of charged, rotating black holes with equal magnitude angular momenta in Einstein-Yang-Mills theory with negative cosmological constant. These solutions posses a regular horizon of spherical topology and approach asymptotically the Anti-de Sitter spacetime background. The black hole solutions have also an electric charge and a nonvanishing magnetic flux through the sphere at infinity. Different from the static case, no regular solution with a nonvanishing angular momenta is found for a vanishing event horizon radius.
