Daniel Boer, Andre Utermann, Erik Wessels

TL;DR
This paper predicts charged hadron production and Lambda polarization at the LHC using a saturation model, exploring the extended geometric scaling region for both polarized and unpolarized final states.
Contribution
It introduces predictions for hadron production and polarization at the LHC based on the DHJ saturation model within the extended geometric scaling region.
Findings
Predicted charged hadron yields at LHC energies.
Estimated Lambda polarization in p-p and p-Pb collisions.
Validated the DHJ model's applicability to extended geometric scaling.
Abstract
We present predictions for charged hadron production and Lambda polarization in p-p and p-Pb collisions at the LHC using the saturation inspired DHJ model for the dipole cross section in the extended geometric scaling region.
