Shear Viscosity to Entropy within a Parton Cascade
A. El, C. Greiner, Z. Xu

TL;DR
This paper calculates the shear viscosity to entropy ratio in a parton cascade model with CGC initial conditions, showing it remains roughly constant across different collider energies from RHIC to LHC.
Contribution
It provides a perturbative kinetic calculation of shear viscosity to entropy ratio in a parton cascade with varying saturation scales, extending understanding of QGP properties.
Findings
eta/s ~ 0.15 remains approximately constant from RHIC to LHC energies.
The study uses the BAMPS cascade with CGC initial conditions.
Shear viscosity to entropy ratio shows weak dependence on collision energy.
Abstract
The shear viscosity is calculated by means of the perturbative kinetic partonic cascade BAMPS with CGC initial conditons for various saturation momentum scale Q_s. eta/s ~ 0.15 stays approximately constant when going from RHIC to LHC.
