Yu.M. Sinyukov, S.V. Akkelin, Iu.A. Karpenko

TL;DR
This paper models pion spectra and HBT radii at RHIC and LHC using a hydro-kinetic approach with CGC initial conditions, providing a unified description of particle emission in heavy-ion collisions.
Contribution
It introduces a hydro-kinetic model with CGC-based initial conditions to predict pion observables at RHIC and LHC.
Findings
Successful description of RHIC pion data
Predictions for LHC pion spectra and HBT radii
Highlights the role of continuous particle emission
Abstract
We describe RHIC pion data in central A+A collisions and make predictions for LHC based on hydro-kinetic model, describing continuous 4D particle emission, and initial conditions taken from Color Glass Condensate (CGC) model.
