N.V. Mitskievich, V.N. Efremov, and A.M. Hern\'andez Magdaleno

TL;DR
This paper introduces a topological field theory model where vacuum coupling constants are topological invariants of four-dimensional spacetime, linking fundamental constants to the universe's topological structure.
Contribution
It presents a novel model connecting vacuum coupling constants to topological invariants, enabling theoretical computation of these constants based on spacetime topology.
Findings
Coupling constants are topological invariants of spacetime.
The model allows for the theoretical calculation of vacuum constants.
Coupling constants reflect the topological structure of the universe.
Abstract
A model of topological field theory is presented in which the vacuum coupling constants are topological invariants of the four-dimensional spacetime. Thus the coupling constants are theoretically computable, and they indicate the topological structure of our universe.
