Correlation Properties of the Electron-Hole Plasma Interecting with the Exciton Gas and the Formation of Inhomogeneous State
V. S. Babichenko

TL;DR
This paper analyzes the correlation properties of an electron-hole plasma interacting with excitons, revealing that the homogeneous state is unstable and leads to a modulated inhomogeneous state.
Contribution
It introduces a new analysis of the correlation properties showing the instability of the homogeneous state in such systems.
Findings
Homogeneous state of the system is unstable.
Stationary state exhibits density modulation.
Inhomogeneous state formation due to instability.
Abstract
The correlation properties of the cold system consisting of the electron-hole plasma interacting with the exciton gas are analyzed. It is shown that the homogeneous state of the system is unstable and in the stationary state the densities of the electron-hole plasma and exciton gas are modulated.
