TL;DR
This paper applies the perturbative QCD approach with $k_T$ factorization and Sudakov form factors to calculate branching ratios and CP asymmetries in charmless and charmed B decays, showing good agreement with experimental data.
Contribution
It demonstrates the effectiveness of the $k_T$ factorization approach with Sudakov form factors in predicting B decay observables.
Findings
Accurate predictions of branching ratios for $B o \pi\pi$ decays.
Consistent CP asymmetry parameters with experimental results.
Agreement with experimental data for $B o D\pi$ decays.
Abstract
The perturbative QCD approach is based on factorization, including the Sudakov form factors so that to avoid the endpoint singularity. In this approach, we calculate the charmless B decays like decays etc. to produce the right number of branching ratios and also CP asymmetry parameters. For final states with at least one charmed meson, like decays, our results also agree with the experiments.
