TL;DR
This paper proposes a non-abelian gerbe framework with surface holonomies that can only parallel transport closed strings, aiming to describe aspects of the $(2,0)$ theory.
Contribution
It introduces a novel non-abelian gerbe structure with surface holonomies tailored for closed string transport, advancing the mathematical tools for $(2,0)$ theory.

Suggests potential applications in string theory and higher gauge theories
Abstract
