Phonon effect on two coupled quantum dots at finite temperature
Cheng-Ran Du, Ka-Di Zhu

TL;DR
This paper investigates how phonons and finite temperature influence quantum oscillations in a coupled double quantum dot system, revealing environmental effects on quantum dynamics.
Contribution
It provides a theoretical analysis of phonon effects on population oscillations in asymmetric double quantum dots at finite temperature.
Findings
Temperature affects quantum oscillation amplitude and coherence.
Phonon interactions modify population dynamics.
Environmental temperature plays a significant role in quantum behavior.
Abstract
The quantum oscillations of population in an asymmetric double quantum dots system coupled to a phonon bath are investigated theoretically. It is shown how the environmental temperature has effect on the system.
