Mauro Carfora, Claudio Dappiaggi, Valeria L. Gili

TL;DR
This paper develops a scalar boundary conformal field theory on triangulated Riemann surfaces, providing new tools for understanding open/closed string dualities in string theory.
Contribution
It introduces a fully characterized boundary conformal field theory framework on triangulated surfaces, linking geometric structures to string dualities.
Findings
Constructed a scalar boundary conformal field theory on triangulated Riemann surfaces
Analyzed the theory as a tool for open/closed string dualities
Provides a mathematical framework connecting geometry and string theory
Abstract
We construct and fully characterize a scalar boundary conformal field theory on a triangulated Riemann surface. The results are analyzed from a string theory perspective as tools to deal with open/closed string dualities.
