B. Pilecki, D. M. Szczygie{\l}

TL;DR
This paper reports the discovery of 13 new eclipsing binary systems from the ASAS catalogue that also show additional variability such as pulsations, spots, or multiple periods, expanding understanding of stellar variability.
Contribution
It identifies and characterizes 13 new eclipsing binaries with complex variability patterns, highlighting additional phenomena beyond simple eclipses.
Findings
13 new eclipsing binaries with additional variability
Detection of pulsations, spots, and multiple periods in these systems
Enhanced understanding of stellar variability in binary systems
Abstract
We present 13 new ASAS eclipsing binaries that exhibit additional periodic variability due to pulsations, eclipses with another period or spots. All contact and semi-detached binaries from the ASAS Catalogue were investigated.
